- All in-stock items will be shipped within two business days of placing your order. Due to the nature of our product, many items are not in stock in the size or color ordered online and must be ordered. All special order items will be shipped out within 7 business days of receiving your order. If any order is expected to take more than 7-10 business days to reach you, we will contact you directly.
Due to the shipping times estimated with our products, we do no offer express shipping during purchase. We ship all products with free standard shipping that is expected to take 2-10 business days for delivery. If you are interested in having a product shipped via an express shipping method, please call Customer Service directly at 1.888.300.1504, and we can provide information on rates to your address. - Privacy & Security

- Returns
- Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning anything to AwesomeEyeglasses.com. Returns will not be accepted without a visible RMA number on the outside of the box.
Returns will be accepted only if they are in resalable condition with all original manufacturer packaging and inserts. All products must be returned within 30 days of the original order date. No returns will be accepted after this 30 day period has expired

- Orders can be placed online at any time. All credit card and private information submitted during the online order process is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Orders can also be placed via phone during business hours (M-F 8.30am-5pm EST). To place an order via phone, please call 1.888.300.1504.
- Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing is subject to change at any time. All pricing and promotions are at the discretion of Awesome Eyeglasses and its parent company Primary Eyecare. Sale items are subject to availablity, and Awesome Eyeglasses reserves the right to cancel your order at any time.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders placed online with a valid user account can be viewed in the My Account area online. If you did not set-up a user account, please contact us directly with your order number for order status updates.
- Updating or Changing an Order
- Orders that have already been sent for shipment cannot be changed or modified in any way. If you order is still in process, we are able to modify or cancel it for you when you contact us directly. Please call Customer Service at 1.888.300.1504 to modify or cancel your order.
